Product Listing Audit collects the following information from your Shopify store:

• Your Shopify store domain
• Product data (titles, descriptions, images, tags, product type, SEO metadata) required for health score analysis

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Analyse your product listings for completeness and quality issues
• Generate health scores for each product in your catalog
• Display scan results and actionable recommendations within your Shopify admin

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using AWS cloud infrastructure. Merchant data is isolated per store and is not shared between stores.

Data Deletion

When you uninstall Product Listing Audit, all data associated with your store (scan results, settings, and session data) is automatically deleted.

Third Party Services

Product Listing Audit uses the following third party services:

• Shopify APIs to read product data from your store
• AWS for secure cloud data storage and application hosting
